Aged for 10 months in neutral French oak
Our first wine with fruit from our new estate, EDNA! This is a zippy, crisp expression of Chardonnay. Think lemon zest, golden kiwi, and a kiss of SLO County salinity. This is great for sipping on its own or made into a spritz (gasp!). We are really into spritzing these days.
